2-2 Click the [Export] button.
A confirmation screen appears.
2-3 Click the [OK] button.
Log export starts. The progress screen is displayed.
After the log export is finished, a screen to execute downloading the file is displayed.
2-4 Click the [Download] button to save the exported log.
A dialog box to download the file appears.
• Even if a time period is specified for NAS Engine logs, all of the NAS Engine logs in the ETERNUS
DX are exported.
• The customer information in the NAS Engine logs cannot be deleted. If "Yes" is selected for this
item, the NAS Engine logs are not exported.
• If an error screen appears under the following conditions, check the parameter settings.
- When the input date and/or time are not valid (For example: February 31st)
- When the end time is earlier than the start time
When exporting the log is complete, save the log file immediately.
If "Non-segmentation" is selected in the "Log File Size" field, the [Download] button becomes
inactive after the log file has been saved. Proceed to Step 2-5
.
