● Is the sensitivity level for the paper protection function set to high?
Solution
Lower the paper protection sensitivity level.

Use one of the following methods to lower the paper protection sensitivity level.
- Select [1: Normal] for [Skew Sensitivity] and [1: Low] for [Sensitivity for feeding noise] in [18: Paper
Protection] on the [Settings Menu] screen of the operator panel.

- Select [Normal] for [Feeding Skew] and [Low] for [Feeding Noise] in the Software Operation Panel.
