*Note for operation on Authentication capable systems:
On Simplex VR channel, when Talkaround (TA) upon no DVRS communication is enabled
in the PSU programming, consider disabling Duplicate ID detection from Generic PSU voice
call on VR by setting Declare Duplicate ID condition after N Generic PSU calls to Disable.
It is recommended to disable BL; since due to the System Authentication timing, the VR may
process messages/emergency alerts from a non-authenticated duplicate ID LPSU.
