4-12 Managing Site Files
The Print Option To print the current site, proceed as follows:
1. From the Site Manager (see Figure 4-2 on page 4-2), press [MENU]
to open the File menu.
2. Press the [X] arrow key once to scroll from the File menu to the
Site menu (see Figure 4-11 on page 4-10).
3. Scroll to the Print option and press
[ENTER].
4. Observe the following responses:
a. The PT878 shows a message indicating that its infrared sensor
is searching for a printer.
b. If no printer is found, a window appears indicating that the
PT878 cannot find a suitable device.
c. If more than one compatible infrared device is found, you will
be required to select the desired device.
5. If a suitable printer is found and selected, the Site Manager
window appears.
6. Press
[F2] (No) to cancel printing, or press [F3] (Yes) to print the
current site.
If you pressed [F3] above, The PT878 returns to Operate Mode and
the current site is printed.
