• Equiper l'actionneur de
levage LFT-R (4) de joints
toriques (5, 9, 16) et le fixer
à la lanterne (14) avec l'an-
neau rabattable (11).
• Equiper le manchon (3) de
joints toriques (12, 13.1) et
le poser sur le mandrin de
montage, n° art. 221-
105.93, 221-105.94. Aupara-
vant, placer le joint torique
(13.2) et faire glisser l'en-
semble dans la douille de
l'entraîneur (15).
• Faire glisser l'entraîneur
(1) avec le joint torique (2)
dans la douille de l'entraî -
neur (15) et le précon-
traindre avec le mandrin
de montage
(n° art. 221-105.76) et la clé
à pipe ouverture 36. Placer
l'ensemble précontraint
dans l'actionneur de levage
(4), le fixer au niveau du
piston (8) avec le circlip (7)
et le détendre.
• Equip the LFT-R lifting
actuator (4) with O-ring
(5, 9, 16) and fix it at the
lantern (14) using the
hinged clamp (11)
• Provide bushing (3)
with O-rings (12, 13.1)
and plug it on to the
mandrel, part no.
221-105.93, 221-105.94 .
Then place O-ring (13.2)
on the top and push
everything into the
drive sleeve (15).
• Push striker (1) com-
plete with O-ring (2)
into the drive sleeve (15)
and pre-stress with
mandrel (part no. 221-
105.76) and tubular hex.
box spanner size 36.
Insert everything into
the lifting actuator (4)
and fix with snap ring
(7) at the piston (8) and
relieve.
Lubrication of seals and
threads
CAUTION
For product contact seals do not use conventional greas-
es and oils.
Observe the safety information sheets issued by the
lubricant manufacturers.
• Grease the thread of the valve disk and of all
screws.
• Do not grease the V-ring.
• Apply a very light film of grease to all seals –
including the O-rings at the top and bottom of the
piston rod for the actuator.
• Lubricate the balancer.
Tuchenhagen recommends Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2 and
PARALIQ GTE 703. These lubricants are approved for
foodstuff and is resistant to beer froth and have the
NSF-H1 (USDA H1)-registration.
PARALIQ GTE 703 can be ordered from Tuchenhagen
under part no. 413-064 and Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2 under
part no. 413-071.
Lubrification des joints et les
filetages
ATTENTION
Pour les joints qui entrent en contact avec le produit, ne
pas utiliser de graisses et d'huiles usuelles.
Tenir compte des fiches de sécurité du fabricant de
lubrifiant.
• Lubrifier le filetage du disque de vanne et toutes les
vis.
• Ne pas lubrifier le joint trapézoïdal.
• Lubrifier très légèrement tous les joints d'étanchéité –
également les joints toriques au niveau de la tige de
piston de l'actionneur en haut et en bas.
• Lubrifier le compensateur.
Tuchenhagen recommande Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2 et
PARALIQ GTE 703. Ces lubrifiants sont autorisés pour
les aliments, résistent à la mousse de bière et sont homo-
loguées NSF-H1 (USDA H1).
Commander de la PARALIQ GTE 703 sous le
n° art. 413-064 et de la Rivolta F.L.G. MD-2 sous le
n° art. 413-071 auprès de la société Tuchenhagen.
