  The Gilbarco Payment Terminal may be experiencing firewall issues due to blockers within the site’s network, which may require assistance from the Site IT. Also, verify all 3 Gilbarco URLs can be accessed from the back room. To register Omnia to Insite360 Forecourt, the site must allow access to the 3 URLs (device.gilbarco.com, registration.gilbarco.com, and transfer.gilbarco.com) for registration to occur. Ensure that these websites are white-listed. Verify proper site connectivity in the back room (router configurations, etc.).

  If the Gilbarco Payment Terminal internet connectivity test fails, check the high-speed connection to the back room. If the connectivity LEDs appear correct, double-check the gateway settings and primary DNS. You can also move the laptop to the back room switch or to a free BRCM or BRCM2 port and try to connect to the Internet (for example, Google). If everything fails, ensure that the site is allowing the required external Internet connections.

Also, verify that all 5 NTP URLs can be accessed from the back room: 0.debian.pool.ntp.org, 1.debian.pool.ntp.org, 2.debian.pool.ntp.org, 3.debian.pool.ntp.org.
