Use numeric keypad [4] & [6] (left/right) to scroll through list until
desired Setting is shown on the OLED Display.
To exit the USER SETTINGS menu, press the CLEAR key.
To edit the setting press the EDIT key ... Use numeric keypad
[2] & [8] (up/down) to change the value. Press EDIT again to
save the new value.

NOTE:
The message TOO LOW or
TOO HIGH will be displayed
if a value being entered is
outside the allowable range
and would cause a Controller
error for the current state of
the Fryer.
