All detailed information about faults/alarms in the energy storage system is displayed on
the SolarGo App, SEMS Portal App, and LCD display screen. If your product has any
abnormalities and no relevant fault information is seen on the SolarGo App, SEMS Portal
App, or LCD display screen, please contact the after-sales service center.
