• Start or stop the machine at any me by pressing the Start/Pause
buon on the handlebars.

 NOTE: If you have customized either the star or diamond buon to do a eo, press that buon on
the handlebar instead. For more informaon about conguring the handlebar buons,

To use the bobbin-thread cuer
The innity will cut the bobbin thread for you following a eo. It cuts the bobbin thread at the needle
plate, leaving sucient bobbin thread for the next me you bring the bobbin thread to the top of the quilt
for quilng. You will need to trim the needle thread following a eo.

• Tie o your quilt stches and press the bobbin-thread cuer buon on the Main screen. If the
needle is in the down posion, it is raised to the up posion before the thread is cut. You’ll hear a
slight beep to let you know the thread has been cut.
 NOTE: If you congured either the star or diamond buon on the handlebars to do a bobbin-thread
cut, you can also press that buon on the handlebars. For more informaon about conguring the
handlebar buons, see To customize the handlebar buons i n t h e Toolbar Opons secon of
t h i s m an u al .
 NOTE: If you want a bobbin thread tail that is longer than one inch, move the machine away from
your eo stches before pressing the bobbin-thread cut buon. The thread tail will match the
distance you moved the machine from the eo stches.
 NOTE: You will sll need to trim the bobbin thread tails when you remove the quilt from the frame.
The length of the thread tail is determined by how far you move your machine between tying o
the stching and doing the bobbin thread cut.
