true: Start monitoring on falling edge
false: Start monitoring on rising edge
Stop falling edge (stopFallEdge):
true: Stop monitoring on falling edge
false: Stop monitoring on rising edge
Default Start digital input: invalid
Stop digital input: invalid

Exceptions handling If the input is marked as invalid (Invalid bit), the peak
value output and mean value output will not be updated
and their Invalid bits will be set until the stop condition is
fulfilled. The values become valid again with the next start
signal. The time output is not adversely affected by an
invalid input signal.
The capture input (Inputsignal 2) is not checked for
cvalidity.
If the time exceeds 100,000 samplings, the mean value is
no longer updated and is marked as invalid.
