DISPLAY MESSAGE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
1. Operate bandoleer cutter
2. Open gate
Error, drum
• The cable tie bandoleer is
pulled in at an angle.
• Roller lever drum is jammed
or is defective.
f Push actuator for bandoleer cutter to the left.
f Open the gate.
f Open the two transparent service flaps at the gate,

malfunction" on page33.
; Error, drum appears as the next message on the
display.
1. Remove cable-tie residues
2. Press Reset button
Error, drum
f If applicable, carefully remove the cable-tie residues.
f Open the roller lever drum and turn the drum to the
correct position.
f Press the Reset button.
; Error, gate appears as the next message on the
display.
f Close the gate.
f Load a new cable tie bandoleer, à"Loading cable
ties" on page11.

Overload
• The drum is blocked.
• The bandoleer cutter does
not cut off the cable ties.
• The cable tie bandoleer is
pulled in at an angle.
f Push actuator for bandoleer cutter to the left.
f Open the gate.

; Error, overload appears as the next message on
the display.
1. Remove cable-tie residues
2. Press Reset button
