7. Select the Ultrastar Serv24-HA from the Downloads list.
The product downloads will appear.
8. View the firmware download options by clicking Ultrastar Serv24-HA Chassis Firmware.
9. Download the firmware by clicking Download next the latest firmware .zip file.
The product firmware will download.
10. Extract the file by unzipping the downloaded file to the desktop.
