Control line filter
Sight Glass
Stop the cooling water flow when the DSP has
stopped running.
Open the water drain peacock and the water drain
valve at the water drain port to remove the cooling
water from the system.
Take care to completely drain the cooling water
during the winter season to prevent freezing in the
cooling water pipes (

Normally use the UNLOAD STOP button to stop
the air compressor. The air compressor then
unloads for 5 minutes and stops running.
(In the case of an emergency, press the
EMERGENCY STOP button to stop operation.)

Check the sight glass on the control line filter to
make sure that the condensate discharged
properly.

2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION [Daily Operating Components]
Keeping the second-stage air end as dry as possible
is essential for preventing it from rusting due to a long
term operation suspension. When stopping the DSP,
therefore, execute an unloading operation and thereby
remove the moisture from the second-stage air end.
