It is a good idea to stop the engine
with the emergency stop switch
lanyard from time to time to be sure
that the switch is operating properly.
Pull the emergency stop switch
lanyard and remove the emergency
stop switch clip from the switch; this
will stop the engine.
After sailing with the throttle fully
open, cool down the engine by
running it at the idle speed for a few
minutes.
Turn the throttle grip to SLOW
position.
Move the shift lever to NEUTRAL
position.
