RECOMMENDED SEQUENCE FOR CONTOL PANEL CONFIGURATION 
 
 
NOTE:  BEFORE ANY CONFIGURATION AT LEVEL 4 IT IS NECESSATY TO ENABLE THE SAME LEVEL 4 
MOVING J1 JUMPER (HARDWARE KEY PROGR.) LOCATED ON THE DISPLAY BOARD. REACHABLE BY 
OPENING THE CONTROL PANEL. 
 
The following is the recommended sequence of initial configuration of the control panel, in order to prevent 
errors or oversights and time consuming. 
The details of each operation are shown in the following pages. 
 
Make copies of the configuration sheet at the end of this manual and record the necessary information on these 
sheets for all sensors, modules, zone software and CBE. 
 
Wire the lines of the control panel and carry out all tests as described in the manual before turn on the 
control panel. 
 
  If the 24 line expansion board is installed, from the Main Menù, select “System”, than “Expansion”“, 
to enable the optional board. 
  
  From te menu “ Program” select “Detector line”, press enter key 
  by function key “F1” or “F2” than 
select the line to enable the reception of alarm from the field. 
Select “Enable” with key arrow and press enter key 
 . Again using the arrow keys to selec “YES” 
than press enter key 
  to confirm configuration. 
  Then assign a name to a line (see page 24) and assign a zone number to the programmed line (refer to 
the programming “Detecor Line”) 
 
  If the 16 output board is installed it’s necessay to follow the following instructions: 
 
From “Programmation” menù select the “Output”, than press enter 
 , 
following with “F1” or “F2” function key, select the output that you want enabled . 
 
Select “Enable” with arrow key  and press enter key 
 , use arrow key again to select “YES” , than 
press enter key 
  to confirm the configuration. 
  Then assign a name to output and program the CBE equation (refer to the programming paragraph 
“Output”) 
 
The control panel at the end of the program is ready to manage the system, showing on the display the 
status of lines with the information described in the following paragraphs.
