Distributor
The drill hoses and the motorized valves for the
automatic tram line system are mounted on the
distribution head.
The screen tube inside the distributor tube re-
duces the air quantity.

Distributor for seed (A) and fertiliser (B)
All components must be tightly con-
nected to safeguard the function in the
pneumatic system.
Air leaks lead to drilling and metering
errors.
Maintenance and inspections
¾ Check the distributor regularly for foreign
objects. Unscrew the distributor cover and
check the outlets.
¾ Check all components and connections regu-
larly for leak tightness. Even slightest leaks
and air losses will cause uneven transverse
distribution.
¾ Always close the calibration valves leak tight.
¾ Check the seal on the hopper covers. On
new machines this rubber seal may settle,
the cover must in this case be retightened.
With a changed hopper ratio and the
placement of rape/ne seeds, the posi-
tion of the distribution valve must be
adapted accordingly.
Pay attention to the sticker on the air
distribution hose of the machine for ad-
justing purposes.
Both hoppers used for seed
In E-Manager one must choose the function “2x
seed”, to make sure that both hoppers will be
empty at the same time.
¾ Change the position of both valves in the fall
sluice to the second hole, in travel direction
ob left hand side.
Fall sluice adjustment
¾ Adjust the distribution valve anti-clockwise
against the stop.
¾ Select a fan speed of approx. 3000 rpm.
¾ Fit both metering units with cell wheels for
approx. half the seed quantity. If the two are
not identical, install the larger cell wheel into
the rear hopper.
¾ For conguration pay attention to the operat-
ing instructions for the E-Manager.
The desired seed quantity can alternatively also
be manually distributed to the two metering units.
