The Focus can also be operated without these
accessories.
The description of the accessories also contains
a description of the related maintenance.
Crossbar
The crossbar is located between the tyre packer
and the coulters.
Crossbar - mechanically adjustable
Coupling bar to adjust the crossbar
The crossbar is coupled to the seed bar. The
adjustment is made by adding aluminium clips to
the coupling bars. The more clips are added, the
steeper and thus more aggressive the crossbar.
The wear plates (A) can be readjusted via a
hole pattern.
¾ Loosen the screws (B).
¾ Fasten the plate at the next position. All plates
should be adjusted equally.

¾ Remove bolt (C).
¾ Swing the crossbar to the desired position.
¾ Reinsert the bolt (C).
