Retighten all screw and plug-in
connections as well as the hydraulic
connections.
Even correctly tightened screw connections can come
loose (e.g. because of material settlements or paint resi-
dues between the screw elements). This can lead to loose
screw connections and leaking hydraulic connections.

Retighten the wheels - all
M16 x 1.5 - 330 Nm
¾ initially after 10 hours or 50 km
¾ then after 10 hours or 50 km
¾ then retighten every day, until the screws have settled
and further tightening is no longer possible.

Fan Check for leaks, function, speed setting in operation
Protective fan grid Clean from dirt as required
Fan with oil cooler Clean the oil cooler regularly in order to maintain the
cooling function.

Impeller wheel Check condition and fastening, clean of dirt deposits prior to use
Tighten the drive 󰘱ange (󰘰rst time after 50 hrs) yearly
Leak oil return 󰘱ow Return 󰘱ow pressure max. 2 bar in operation
Pneumatic system
Fan, seed hoses and Venturi area Check for leaks, kinks in hoses, cha󰘰ng and blockage prior to use
Hopper and distributor (fertiliser & seed) Check distributor and hoses for leakage, damage and
blockage, clean the distributor

Frame (vacuum distribution) Open cleaning 󰘱aps and clean inside of frame prior to use
Metering unit
Roller and sealing lip Check state, setting and wear - replace the sealing lips
at least once per year.

Rotor Check for sticking cells, clean prior to use
Motor bearing and housing cover Check for condition and smooth running prior to use
Rape brush Check condition and function - remove if not in use prior to use
Cultivation tools
Coulters and pressure rollers Check for condition, tight 󰘰t and wear. prior to use
Scrapers on coulters and press rolls Check condition, setting and state of wear. prior to use
Bout markers and pre-emergence markers Check condition, tight 󰘰t, function, smooth running. prior to use
Harrows, tines, etc. Check condition, tightness, setting and state of wear prior to use
Screw adjustment Check setting and light movement, lubricate screw prior to use
