bout markers.
Setting the bout markers
When installing for the rst time, the bout mark-
ers must be set to working width. The marking
takes place in relation to the centre of the tractor.
The adjustment length of the bout markers
(measured from the middle of the outermost
coulter) results from the half working width plus
half the coulter spacing.

Setting the bout markers
Example:
Working width: 600 cm
Coulter spacing: 15 cm
Length of bout marker:
600 cm : 2 = 300 cm
15 cm : 2 = 7.5 cm
300 cm + 7.5 cm = 307.5 cm
¾ The bout markers must be set to 307.5 cm,
measured from the middle of the outermost
coulter.
¾ For this purpose loosen both screws, adjust
the length and tighten the screws again.
On machines with three-point attachment
frame at the rear end, the bout markers
are positioned on the frame of the culti-
vation tools.
