LLDP-related configurations made in Ethernet interface view take effect only on the current port, and those
made in port group view take effect on all ports in the current port group.
The Layer 3 Ethernet interface is an Ethernet interface operating in route mode. Set an Ethernet port as a
Layer 3 Ethernet interface by using the port link-mode route command (see chapter “Ethernet interface
configuration”).
Performing basic LLDP configuration
Enabling LLDP
To make LLDP take effect on certain ports, you must enable LLDP both globally and on these ports.
