A device-specic error is signaled by the query error bit (bit 2) in the event

-300 Query error.
This indicates that a query error has occurred. No more
specic information is available.
-410 Query INTERRUPTED.
A condition occurred that interrupted the
transmission of the response to a query (for example, a query followed by a
DAB or a GET before the response was completely sent).
-420 Query UNTERMINATED.
A condition occurred that interrupted the
reception of a query (for example, the instrument was addressed to talk and an
incomplete program message was received).
-430 Query DEADLOCKED.
A condition causing a deadlocked query has
occurred (for example, both the input and the output buer are full and the
device cannot continue).
