Optical disc drive mounting cage 732761-001
The drive cage sits behind the USB ports on the front of the chassis.
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (

2. Remove the access panel (

3. Remove the optical drive (
Removing the optical drive on page 151).
4. Remove the hard drive (
Hard drive on page 154).
5. Remove the two Torx screws that secure cage to the chassis (1), lift the tab (2) on the cage, slide
the cage toward the rear of the unit (3), and then pull the cage up and out of the chassis.
To install the drive cage, reverse the removal procedures.
