1004 ZPWY-ERR-PM-
ALREADYSTOPPED
The TCP is already stopped.
1045 ZPWY-ERR-PM-
STATEMISMATCH
The TCP is not in the appropriate state to allow the
PATHMON process to execute the STOP request.
One possible cause is that some of the TERM
objects controlled by this TCP are running. Use
STATUS TCPTERM command to determine if any
TERM objects under this TCP are running.
