3237: ZPWY-EVT-TCP-FILEERRORFATAL
The TCP encountered persistent I/O errors while it was attempting to access the
TCLPROG files. The errors persisted for at least 100 to 500 retries, with a 1 second
delay for each retry.

ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
indicates ZPWY-TKN-TCPNAME, which contains the name of the TCP that is the
subject of this event message.
ZPWY-TKN-EVENTCLASS
has the value ZPWY-VAL-ERROREVENT.
Effect. The TCP terminates.
Recovery. Check the log file for the name of the file causing the problem and correct
the problem.
