STATUS TCPLINK
STATUS TCPLINK
Use the STATUS TCPLINK command either to count the number of links between a
TCP and a server process or to obtain the preferential rank given by a TCP to a server
process. The information returned by this command is the same as that returned by the
PROCESSES parameter of the PATHCOM STATUS SERVER command.
The STATUS TCPLINK command returns information on all TCPs that have links to
local server processes, including external TCPs (TCPs that are controlled by another
PATHMON process and are therefore outside this PATHMON environment).
Continuation
To obtain counts or rank information for all TCPs that are linked to a specific server,
initialize the ZSERVERCLASS field in ZPWY-DDL-SEL-TCPLINK to the server class
name and initialize the ZPROCESS field to the server process name, and initialize the
ZTCP field in ZPWY-DDL-SEL-TCPLINK to ZPWY-VAL-ALLTCP. Reissue the
command repeatedly, using the context token returned by the PATHMON process,
until no data is returned in the reply buffer. For more information, see Specifying
Continuation on page 3-21.
Command Syntax
For tokens that may be present in the command and response buffers but are not
listed, see Unlisted Tokens on page 3-36. For descriptions of tokens and fields, see
Section 4 through Section 6.
