ZPWY-TKN-INSTRUCTION, ZPWY-TKN-PUNAME, ZPWY-TKN-PUOFFSET,
ZPWY-TKN-PUVERSION, and ZPWY-TKN-TCLPROGFNAME
are conditional tokens specific to this event message. See the TS/MP
Management Programming Manual for descriptions of these tokens.
Effect. The new primary terminal task is not in a valid executable state.
Recovery. Abort and restart the TERM object.
