ZPWY-TKN-INSTRUCTION, ZPWY-TKN-PUNAME, ZPWY-TKN-PUOFFSET,
ZPWY-TKN-PUVERSION, and ZPWY-TKN-TCLPROGFNAME
are conditional tokens specific to this event message. See the TS/MP
Management Programming Manual for descriptions of these tokens.
Effect. The socket function call fails; however, the TERM object is not aborted or
stopped. The TCP issues a new connection request to the router process.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
