ZPWY-TKN-PUVERSION, and ZPWY-TKN-TCLPROGFNAME

Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. If a front-end process is being used, verify that it handles CONTROL-26
properly. If a front-end process is not being used, determine whether a process is stuck
in waiting mode or there is a system performance problem.
