Effect. The reply attempt fails.
Recovery. Isolate and correct the problem within the SCREEN COBOL program. For
instructions on how to locate the problem within the program, see Error Recovery on
page 11-4. A requester must reply to an unsolicited message only after successfully
receiving an unsolicited message.
