Vents
Additional Standard Components
The components included with the notebook vary by region,
country, notebook model, and the optional hardware ordered. The
following sections identify the standard external accessories and
components included with most notebook models.
Component Description
Vents (6) Provide airflow to cool internal components.

To prevent overheating, do not obstruct
vents. Do not allow a hard surface, such
as a printer, or a soft surface, such as a
pillow, blanket, rug, or thick clothing, to
block airflow.
