NOTE
l Connect cables according to port labels on cables and silkscreens on the adapter and drive
backplane. For example, connect the cable labeled PORT A to port A on the adapter and drive
backplane.
l Connect Slimline cables to ports 2A, 2B, and 2C first and then to ports 1A, 1B, and 1C.
l When connecting a Slimline cable, connect the cable with a shorter length, and then connect the
cable with a longer length.
l To facilitate operations, remove the backplane before removing the power cables.
