2. Completely close the ejector levers on the switch module. See (3) in Figure 6-21.
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the two M3 captive screws on the switch module.

6.3.6 Checking Before Power-On
This section describes how to check the switch module before powering it on.
6.3.6.1 Checking Switch Module Startup
This section applies only to the CX110, CX111, CX310, CX311, CX312, CX320, CX710,
CX910, CX911, CX912, CX913, CX915, CX916, CX916L and CX920.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the switch module and the MM910 CLI.
The default user name and password of the switch module are root and Huawei12#$, respectively.
Step 2 Obtain the CXxxx Switch Module User Guide at Support > Intelligent Servers > Blade
Servers > E9000 Chassis.
Step 3 Log in to the serial port of the switch module over SOL.
1. Log in to the serial port of the switch module to be replaced over SOL to view the
prompt information displayed during the switch module startup. For details, see
"Logging In to a Compute Node or a Switch Module over MM910 SOL" in the CXxxx
Switch Module User Guide.
2. Perform operations based on the SOL prompt information (if the switch module fails to
start properly).
