Description
Server IP address IP address of the TFTP server.
Switch IP address IP address of the switch module.
Gateway IP address IP address of the gateway of the switch
module.
Step 6 Check whether the preceding three IP addresses need to be modified.
l If Server IP address and Switch IP address are on different network segments,
Gateway IP address must be set and reside on the same network segment as Switch IP
address. Otherwise, network communication fails. After setting the parameters, return to
the menu selection screen, and enter 2 to start the software upgrade.

l If you do not need to modify the IP addresses, press Enter directly. When "Please input
file name" is displayed, enter the name of the software package saved on the TFTP
server, and press Enter to start the software upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, the
switch module restarts automatically.
