l Before moving equipment, note the following:
– Ensure that the weight carried by a person does not exceed the maximum acceptable
weight of lift (MAWL) allowed by local laws or regulations.
– Arrange for enough personnel to move equipment.
l If an accident occurs during transportation, protect yourself first and then the equipment.
