6 Installing External Pipes for Smart
Cooling Products
This chapter describes only how to install the water rell pipes for the outdoor
unit compartment of the FusionDC1000. The water rell pipes outside the pre-fab.
module are routed and installed depending on onsite situations under the
guidance of onsite supervisors.
Context
Rell water to humidiers in real time when the cooling system is operating to
ensure normal system operation.
When the system is operating, ensure that the automatic water rell valve has the
water source available with the water pressure of 0.1 MPa to 0.7 MPa.
Preparations
Tools: hacksaw, protective gloves, hot melt device
Materials: DN25 PP-R pipe (with an outer diameter of 25 mm, to be purchased
onsite), bend, straight connector, 10 mm thick thermal insulation foam
Skill requirement: skilled technician
Procedure
Step 1 Open the rear door of the pre-fab. module.
Step 2 Open the compartment door of the smart cooling product on the right.
