4.3 Grounding the Pre-fab. Module
Prerequisites
● The pre-fab. module has been installed.
● The grounding positions have been specied.
● The grounding requirements have been specied.
Context
The pre-fab. module is congured with two ground points, one on the front wall
and the other on the rear wall.

Ground lugs or ground cables can be used to ground the pre-fab. module. The
requirements are as follows:
● Ground lug: use ground lugs made of hot-dip zinc-coated at steel with a
cross-sectional area of 40 mm x 4 mm, and leave 500 mm of each ground lug
out of the concrete platform.
● Ground cable: Use 95 mm

ground cables and route them through a plastic-
coated metal hose.
Preparations
Tool: torque wrench
Materials: ground lug (2 PCS) or ground cable (2 PCS)
Skill requirement: common technician
Procedure
Step 1 Secure the ground lugs to the pre-fab. module ground points by tightening
M12x30 stainless steel bolt assemblies.
NO TE
Before the installation, remove the tinfoil from the ground lugs.
