D ANGER
Wear personal protective equipment and use dedicated insulated tools to avoid
electric shocks or short circuits.
D ANGER
Assign at least three persons or use a lifting trolley to move a battery module.
When using a lifting trolley, adjust the trolley to facilitate transportation and
installation.
If you use a lifting trolley to install a battery module, the center of gravity of
the module is on the tray when the module is pushed beyond the warning
line. You can lower the tabletop of the lifting trolley to separate the module
from the tabletop, and then push the module inwards. Doing so prevents the
front cover of the battery module from colliding with the lifting trolley.
If you use a lifting trolley to remove a battery module, the center of gravity of
the module is on the trolley when the module is pulled beyond the warning
line. You can raise the tabletop of the lifting trolley to separate the module
from the tray, and then pull the module outwards. Doing so prevents the tail
of the battery module from colliding with the front cover of the battery
module on the lower layer.
WARNING
Tighten the screws on copper bars or cables to the torque specied in this
document. Periodically conrm whether the screws are tightened, check for rust,
corrosion, or other foreign objects, and clean them up if any. Loose screw
connections will result in excessive voltage drops and batteries may catch re
when the current is high.
WARNING
When installing batteries, do not place installation tools, metal parts, or sundries
on the batteries. After the installation is complete, clean up the objects on the
batteries and the surrounding area.
