● When moving batteries, do not remove protective components such as
protective covers or waterproof caps from battery terminals.
● Do not hoist or move battery modules by using battery wiring terminals.
● The batteries to be installed are from the same manufacturer and of the same
model.
● Install and secure batteries horizontally from the bottom up and from left to
right to prevent falling over due to imbalance.
● When connecting batteries, ensure that the spring washer on the screw is
leveled, that the protruding part of the terminal on the cable faces outwards,
and that the cable is intact.
● Place the batteries correctly to prevent vibrations and shocks.
● Ensure that screws are tightened with a torque tool and marked in red and
blue after double-check. Installation personnel mark tightened screws in blue.
Quality inspection personnel conrm that the screws are tightened and then
mark them in red. (The marks should cross the edges of the screws.)
● Before installing batteries, carefully read the safety precautions.
● Before installing batteries, ensure that the air conditioner in the battery room is
started and that the ambient temperature and humidity are controllable.
● To prevent dust buildup from damaging the equipment, install battery modules
only after dust-prone operations in the equipment room are completed.
● If the equipment will not be powered on after installation, take dustproof
measures (for example, use a dust cover) to prevent equipment damage due to
dust buildup inside it. Remove the dust cover only when the equipment is ready
for operation.
● After the installation is complete, take anti-condensation measures and keep
the air conditioner running. Do not store the equipment in an environment
where the temperature and humidity are uncontrollable for a long period of
time. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged due to condensation.
