location code is specified, and
you have an 8–character error
code, go to the “Checkpoint and
Error Code Index” on page 165. If
no location code is specified, and
you have a 4–character
checkpoint, go to “Firmware
Checkpoints” on page 147

page 382. If the type and model
field is not set correctly, call
service support.
