Yes/No The printer found a defective
memory location.
Power off the printer for 15 seconds,
then power back on. If the problem

DID NOT PROGRAM
Yes/No The printer encountered an
error trying to program flash
memory.
Power off the printer for 15 seconds,
then power back on. If the problem
persists, contact your authorized
customer service representative.
ERROR: IPDS needs
300 DPI Head
Yes The printer has detected a
203 DPI printhead installed
with IPDS software
downloaded. IPDS software
only supports the 300 DPI
printhead.
Power off the printer and replace the
203 DPI printhead with a 300 DPI
printhead.
ERROR: NO DRAM
DETECTED
Yes/No The printer could not find any
DRAM.
Power off the printer for 15 seconds,
then power back on. If the problem
