Program selection:
You can program 80 casting programs, 10 granulating
and 10 sinter programs. One pre-defined program with
recommended parameters is stored for CC series. Pro-
gram-place is 18. This one test program from IN-
DUTHERM for system check without heating power.
Various dimensions of wire, sheet or tube can be produced with this machine. For
changing to different dimensions or a different shape, only die, drawing rolls and
the starter must be changed.
Attention:
The drawing rolls must be adapted to the shape any time.
According the formula: 70 mm - thickness of material ==
drawing roller size ± 1 mm.
Example: For a wire 10 mm, a drawing roller with da di-
ameter from 59-61 mm can be used.
Before starting to cast, check if crucible, sealing rod, die and insulations etc. are
clean and undamaged.
A suggestion for the installation and the working process:
(machine must be turned off!)
1. Tilt off the bell jar and remove the two thermocouples.
