7.6 Casting reports
As you know a good casting result depends from many causes: investing material, used
alloy, de-wax-process and of course from the INDUTHERM casting machine and its set-
tings.
Advice:
Save your casting reports right from the beginning.
You can collect them and glue in a folder. Better is scanning and storing casting
reports by Data Management Software (DMS) see chapter. 6.3.8.

Experiences of INDUTHERM:
Every customer can get problems with castings any time. You
can detect changes for smart troubleshooting with casting
reports. It is more difficult without casting reports.
7.7 Error diagnosis
There are two types of disturbances.
 Error and
 warnings.
If there is an error, the heating will be stopped and there is shown an
error code in display.
There is only a warning in display with light disturbances.
