Maintenance
► Before maintaining the air lter, verify the power cable is
unplugged, then allow the projector to cool sufciently.
►Only use the specied air lter. Do not use the projector without an air lter or
the lter cover. It could result in a re or projector malfunction.
►Clean the air lter periodically. If the air lter becomes clogged by dust or
the like, internal temperatures rise and could cause a re, burns or a projector
malfunction.
WARNING
• Reset the lter time only after you have cleaned or replaced the air
lter in order to maintain accurate air lter information.
• The projector may display a message such as the “CHECK THE AIR FLOW”
or turn off the projector to prevent the projector from overheating.

Put the lter cover back into the place.
11.
Turn the projector on and reset FILTER TIME in the EASY MENU.
(1) Press the MENU button to display a menu.
(2) Highlight FILTER TIME using the ▲/▼ cursor buttons, then press the ►
cursor (or the ENTER / the RESET) button. A dialog will appear.
(3) Press the ► cursor button to select OK on the dialog. It resets the lter
time.
