Remove and replace the rear IR lens
The rear IR lens (340-0851-xx) snaps onto the rear bezel from the inside. It allows infrared rays from the
remote to rear the rear IR receiver on the controller ECA. The rear IR lens is included with a new rear
bezel.
1 Remove the following items:
Focus and zoom rings (see page 8)
Front bezel and bezel vent (see page 10)
Top case (see page 19)
Controller ECA (see page 30)
2 Use a small bladed screwdriver to press the hooks on the lens off of the tabs on the rear bezel.
3 Remove the lens from the outside of the rear bezel.
