♦ Align the three slots on the focus ring with the three alignment pins on the end of the lens barrel, and
then press it into place.
♦ Depending on the focus setting, the focus ring may not appear to fully seat itself. Turn the ring
clockwise. It should move inward until it nearly touches the zoom ring.
♦ Place the lens cap over the focus ring.
