The Velocity Window defines a symmetrical range of accepted velocity relatively to the target velocity. If the
motor current velocity is within the velocity window, this target velocity is considered as reached (bit 10 of status
word - Target Reached – is set). If the velocity window value is 0, the velocity window control is not active.
