5.2 Deactivating an iPP280 PIN Pad
To deactivate an iPP280 PIN pad, perform the steps below:

Enter 77 and press ENTER.

DISABLE
EXTERNAL PINPAD
Press ENTER to disable the external pinpad port on the terminal or CLEAR to
cancel and exit to idle prompt.

RESTARTING
TERMINAL....
Terminal and PIN pad will be restarted and PIN pad will be disabled.
5.0

PIN pad will display a smiley face on the screen once deactivated. Simply uncover
the rear compartment of the ICT2XX terminal and unplug the PIN pad USB cable
and then replace the cover back on the ICT2XX terminal.
