VI. TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubles Presumable causes Remedies
Improper discharging Front PTO belts and drive
・Blades are installed upside down.
Grass is too moist.
Too tall grass
Too fast travelling speed
・Too low engine speed
Clogged discharge or mower deck

Too dense grass
・Improperly installed blades
Check belt and correct.
Re-install them correctly.
Wait until grass becomes dry.
Mow it in two steps.
Slow down sufficiently.
Run engine at full throttle ( ).
Clean.
Mow it in two steps or narrow cutting
width.
Slow down suffioiently.
Install blades properly.
Grass is not mowed. Front PTO belts and drive
Too fast travelling speed
Too low engine speed
Worm or broken blades
Blades are installed upside down.

Adjust belt tension spring or replace
belt with new one.

Run engine at full throttle ( ).
