3. DETACHING THE LOW DUMP DOLLECTOR
(1) Dump port
a. Set the collector lowest position by using lift and dump
lever.
b. Remove the hose from dump port(1) of valve.
Caution:
After removing the hose, cover the port with a plug.
c. Separate the connection of grass limit sensor and
safty switch wiring, it is located in right hand side on
lawn mower.
(1) wood (4) dump fulcrum pin
(2) stand (5) collector frame
(3) cylinder upper pin (6) cylinder stay
e. Remove cylinder upper pins(3).
f. Remove dump fulcrum pin(4).
g. Push the lawn mower forward with using unload lever
in the step. (refer to page.34)
h. Separate the collector frame(5) and lawn mower.
i. Separate the cylinder stay(6) and lawn mower.
4. ATTACHING THE LOW DUMP COLLECTOR
Attach the collector in reverse order of detaching
Important:
Be sure to keep the removed parts.
Danger:
Use the strong and stable stand.
