II. DETACHING AND ATTACHING COLLECTOR
(1) wood (4) lift fulcrum pin
(2) stand (5) collector frame
(3) cylinder lower pin
d. Support the container with wood(1) and stand(2).
e. Remove right and left cylinder lower pins(3).
f. Remove right and left lift fulcrum pin(4).
g. Push the lawn mower forward with using unload lever
in the step.(refer to page.35)
h. Separate the collector frame(5) and lawn mower.
2. ATTACHING THE HIGH DUMP COLLECTOR
Attach the collector in reverse order of detaching
Important:
Be sure to keep the removed parts.
Danger:
Use the strong and stable stand.
Warning:
When attaching or detaching the collector to the lawn
mower:
･ Place the lawn mower on level, hard ground.
･ Apply the parking brake securely.
･ Shift the PTO lever to the STOP ( ) position.
･ Do not start the engine except for operation the lift.
1. DETACHING THE HIGH DUMP COLLECTOR
(1) Lift port (2) Dump port
a. Set the collector lowest position by using lift and dump
lever.
b. Remove the hose from lift and dump port(1)(2) of
valve.
Caution:
After removing the hose, cover the port with a plug.
c. Separate the connection of grass limit sensor and
safty switch wiring, it is located in right hand side on
lawn mower.
